The first Ride4Change pilot project is taking place in Southern and Eastern Europe

and forms the basis for the Africa Project 2027.

The trip serves as:

• documentary test run

• Equipment and workflow validation

• first real content production

• and the start of the long-term Ride4Change platform.

Not perfect. Not staged. But real, moving, and on the move.

Every great journey begins long before the actual departure.

This is where Ride4Change begins to move.

Before Ride4 Change embarks on its Africa journey in 2027, the first documentary pilot project will launch through Europe in 2026.

The route takes approximately 21 days to complete:

• Italy

• Croatia

• Bosnia

• North Macedonia

• Albania

• Greece

• Slovenia

• Montenegro

• Hungary

• Kosovo

The pilot project serves as a deliberate foundational phase for the long-term development of Ride4Change.

The focus is on:

• real-world testing under real-world conditions

• Equipment and workflow validation

• Storytelling & content production

• Team and route experience

The journey forms the first documented basis for:
