Project:
Southeast Balkans
Pilot project 2026
21 days. 11 countries. Two motorcycles.
The first Ride 4 Change pilot project took us through Southern and Eastern Europe for 21 days, laying the foundation for the planned Africa project in 2027.
The trip was much more than just a tour. It was our first step in testing and further developing Ride4Change in real-world conditions.
One thing was particularly important:
-
a documentary test run under real conditions
-
the validation of equipment and work processes
-
the production of the first authentic Ride4Change content
-
building a long-term platform and community
The goal wasn't to stage everything perfectly. It was about capturing real moments, gathering experiences, and showing what Ride 4 Change is all about.
Real. Unfiltered. Moving. On the road.
21 days, 11 countries and countless encounters have shown us that Ride4Change can be more than just a motorcycle trip.
It was the first joint step on a journey that is far from over.
The journey is over. The mission has only just begun.

Documentation
Transparency is a key component of Ride 4 Change . It builds trust with our partners, sponsors, and NGOs, while simultaneously providing other projects with guidance and insight into our work.
Transparency is just as important to us as carefully selecting the projects we support. That's why we document our travels and activities as comprehensively as possible – with photos, videos, and experience reports, as well as detailed cost, equipment, and packing lists.
We want to show what goes into each project, what experiences we gain, and how our resources are used.
Open. Transparent. Honest.
Because we are convinced: Trust arises where there is nothing to hide.
